I'm a UX Research leader with 8+ years of experience helping B2B SaaS companies build better products through a deep understanding of their users. I specialize in strategic and discovery research, churn and retention analysis, and building the operational infrastructure that makes research scale across an organization.

I'm drawn to the messy, ambiguous problems — the ones where nobody quite knows what the question is yet, let alone the answer. My background in applied cognition and neuroscience gives me a rigorous foundation, but I've learned that the best research is as much about knowing when to be scrappy as when to be scientific.

These days I'm also working at the frontier of AI-augmented research practice, building custom AI-powered tools that make qualitative insights more accessible and actionable for the teams I work with.
